Salesforce Essentials PowerStart

Designed for small businesses, the Essentials PowerStart™ covers initial set-up and basic training to get you on your way (as quickly as 2 days). Clients receive additional Flextime for further customization or support. The Essentials PowerStart is provided in a live workshop format with an assigned Salesforce certified guide.

COST:  $2,800

Workshop Curriculum

  • Client Preparation (your estimated effort is 4 hours). akaCRM provides everything you need to successfully prepare for the workshop including a pre-workshop questionnaire, user preparation worksheet, data import templates and step-by-step kick-off guide.

  • akaCRM Preparation (our estimated effort 2 hours). Our preparation for your workshop includes questionnaire review, core setup, user interface settings, security model, page layouts for client identified use cases, user setup, and client branding for the application and chatter). We prepare in order to be very efficient during your workshop sessions.

  • Administer your Essentials implementation (includes User Management, Customizing Pages, Managing Custom Fields, AppExchange Overview, and Best Practices)

  • Successfully Use Salesforce Essentials (Searching, Adding New Records, Customizing List Views, Managing Email Templates and Sending Email, Custom Engagement, Tracking and Converting Leads, Managing Opportunities, Running Reports, and Utilizing Help Resources including Trailhead).
FLEXTIME - Additional Features & Support (4 Hours)

We understand the needs of each client are unique. That is why we reserve four (4) hours we call FLEXTIME which can be used to implement any of the following features as time allows, and bank left-over time for up to 6 months for support when you need it.

  • For new Salesforce deployments of the Salesforce Essentials Edition
  • Client to complete pre-workshop questionnaire
  • Data to be imported must be furnished in an akaCRM-provided template
  • The price offered reflects a discount available only to new Essential Editions customers which agree to complete a survey issued by Salesforce and success story at the completion of the project in exchange for the discounted price.

Additional Terms

  • The implementation price does not include Salesforce license fees.
  • Based on features of Salesforce which are generally available.
  • Flextime offered in 1 hour increments and available for 6 months following engagement.
  • Services are governed by our Professional Services Agreement for PowerStarts™.

Excluded Services

Services not specifically identified above, including but not limited to: Chat, Data cleanup and de-duplication, Communities, configuration of apps from the AppExchange, Omnichannel, public knowledge base, system integration and features and services not supported by Salesforce Essentials Edition.
