Pre-requisites:

Salesforce CRM is already deployed and on Lightning Experience
License for Negotiator, Business or Enterprise edition of Conga CFS
Conga Sign and Contracts Hub require Enterprise edition of Conga CFS or separately purchased Conga Sign and Grid licenses
Templates, Clause Library and auto-generation of clauses from bundle require Business or Enterprise Edition of Conga CFS
Client to complete pre-discovery questionnaire
Client will provide MS Word template of templates to be configured including any headers/footers/logos/fonts and clause numbering

Excluded Services

Services not specifically identified above including but not limited to Core Salesforce Implementation and Training, Clause Playbook, Conga Contracts (off-platform), Data Migration, Dynamic Sections (If/Then) in templates, Single Sign-on (SSO), eSignature Write-Back, Workflows & Approvals, 3rd party eSignature (e.g., DocuSign or AdobeSign), upgrades of previously installed Conga products, and integration to 3rd party systems or solutions.
