Lisa Ruman is a Human Resources Leader and Strategic Business Partner in the recruitment, staff management and HR administration within akaCRM.

With 10+ years of human capital experience, Lisa has led the recruiting team for a $100M non-profit and served as the Director of HR for a healthcare facility. Lisa has worked in a variety of industries including retail, logistics and emergency services. Her focus has been on recruiting, employee development, law compliance and HR strategy.

Lisa graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources.
