- End-User Training - For both new deployments and new hires, make sure your team knows not only how to use the salesforce.com functionality, but how it applies to "a day in their life". Training is offered on-site and virtually.
- Sales Management Training - Many sales managers are great reps, but not all sales reps are great managers. The reason for this is the differences in skills. In our sales management training, we instruct sales leaders on how to use the salesforce.com application as a tool for managing teams, individuals and expectations. This two-hour program offered virtually with your instructor sharing a live video feed.
- Administrator Training - we highly recommend the Administration Essentials week-long class from salesforce.com. However, if you can't spare the time or cost of a week-long program, we offer half-day and day-long classes for administrator survival skills. Focus on the two or three dozen items that you need to know to keep your deployment running smoothly. Classes are offered virtually with your instructor sharing a live video feed.
