Cost:

  • $1,000 - regular price

The Health Check of your Salesforce CRM system will identify:

  • Salesforce CRM and Force.com features not utilized
  • areas where best practices are not implemented
  • incomplete or poorly structured configurations
  • absence of security protocols
  • deviations from standards of maintainability
  • ideas and opportunities to improve your results

  • call from your akaCRM special to gain additional insight into problem areas
  • hardcopy summary of findings & recommendations
  • live review session to discuss the findings/recommentations

Limitations:  Service covers any edition of Salesforce CRM (Group, Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited and special editions such as the Wealth Management Edition). If your Salesforce Org exceeds the parameters below, we will only review the elements in excess of the limits upon your request and your agreement for additional review time at $125/hour. In most cases, your Salesforce Org will not exceed these element limits.
