Have a small Force.com development project or need some help troubleshooting your APEX or Visualforce code? akaCRM provides support for APEX, Visualforce and other Force.com development needs.  

How it Works

Purchase your 3-hour developer support package and we will assign an akaCRM resource who will contact you to review your needs. Be prepared to explain your requirements (it is ideal if you already have them written down) or explain what problem you are trying to solve. akaCRM will spend up to 3 hours against a single problem or request troubleshooting your code or designing/building your required solution. If we determine the project cannot be completed in 3 hours, we may give you an estimate, if possible, of expected additional time to complete your development support request. You may purchase additional developer time from this support site in blocks of 3, 8 or 16 hours and additional time will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis following your initial assessment.

  • Creation of triggers
  • Development of VisualForce pages
  • Review and modification of your existing APEX/Visualforce code
  • Configuration of custom buttons or button behavior overrides
  • Configuration and customization of Adobe EchoSign for Salesforce
Terms & Conditions:
  • Work will be deducted in quarter-hour increments for all packages. 
  • The rates shown are based on payment through this website through Google Checkout.
  • Time purchased under a 3 hour developer support package may only be applied to a single matter or request and may not be carried over to other projects or requests and shall expire upon the earlier of reaching 3 hours, completion of the request or 3 months from purchase. 
  • Time purchased under a 8 or 16 hour developer support package may be applied to multiple matters or requests and unused time will expire 3 months from purchase for 8 hour packages and 6 months from purchase for 16 hour packages.
  • Packages of the same size purchased at the same time will expire at the same time.
  • Support packages are based on telephonic or web conference support. On-site support is not available under these packages, but can be purchased separately from your akaCRM consultant.
  • The initial 3 hours of any purchased development support will receive priority treatment. Effort beyond the initial 3 hours will be prioritized based on order of receipt of request and severity of request as follows: Priority 1: Total outage to all users; Priority 2: Partial outage or multiple users impacted; Priority 3: Single user impact; Priority 4: new features, request and general user questions and support.

Excluded from Scope

  • Project requiring akaCRM to document requirements
  • New integrations to 3rd party databases or systems
  • Fixed fee engagements
  • Projects which require more than 32 hours of total time to complete based on akaCRM's estimation
  • Clients which are utilizing the Contact Manager, Group Edition or Professional Editions of salesforce.com without access to the required APEX/Visualforce resources.  Contact your salesforce.com account executive to ensure your edition of salesforce.com is capable of utilizing APEX/Visualforce.
