While no firm can promise outcomes, here is what we will guarantee related to our services:
- Communication - In the years we have been involved with salesforce.com-related projects, any issues that arise are most commonly related to communication issues, or the lack thereof. During a project, you should expect your engagement manger will keep you posted on project process through regular update calls and emails. The better the communication flow between your project lead and ours, the more likely we can easily accommodate changes in the project or unforeseen circumstances.
- Access - We promise to be accessible to you by multiple modes (phone, email, IM) and at all levels of the company including our CEO. When you have questions, concerns or feedback (good and bad), we want and NEED to hear it. See our Contact Page for the many ways you can reach us.
- Executive Sponsorship - While it would be great if our CEO was involved personally in every project, that is not always possible. However, he will be available at anytime to receive calls and email and will promptly return any such communication. - Honesty - no sugar coating! We have seen requests over the years for services related to software or add-on products that we knew the client just wouldn't be happy with. We have also seen clients that were sabotaging their own efforts through the person they assigned to lead the project. If we identify any concerns that may negatively impact your results, you will hear from us.
- Work That Meets Requirements - We work hard to write specifications into our proposals when they are known. When the requirements are not known, you will receive a report of findings following our discovery sessions with you. We expect our work to meet any documented performance standards and you should as well. If you have particular requirements, please make sure they are known to us at the beginning of the project. We will be happy to re-perform any services that do not meet standards if such standards were documented in advance.
