akaCRM is fascinated with Social Media. Everywhere you look these days, there is a new social media site, application or marketing strategy. While we wouldn't advocate putting all of your eggs in the social media basket, we do believe it is a real, legitimate tool. While we have a marketing insights section, we thought we'd give Social Media its own home.

I was an early PC adopter. At that time, IBM PC was the term, because they WERE the market for the personal computer.  Do you remember the PC, XT and AT models with blazing microprocessor speeds of 4-6 Mhz?  In any case, after more than two decades of living in the PC world, I made the switch to the Apple Mac.
