Salesforce.com Principal (Arizona)
akaCRM is seeking an individual with qualifications to lead and deliver Salesforce CRM consulting engagements in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. The position will join akaCRM, a high-qulaity boutique, focused on the salesforce.com ecosystem.
Position: Principal in our Salesforce.com Practice
Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Opportunity is a home-based position.
Position Type: Candidates seeking either full time or part-time positions are equally considered.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years as a salesforce.com consultant or employee. 3 to 5 years experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have a Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant credential. Candidates without this certifications will be considered but will be expected to pass the examination on their own prior to engagement. More about these certifications. Project management experience is also desired.
Compensation: Compensation is based on sharing of proceeds from the engagement that is competitive with salaries offered by other salesforce.com system integrators and consultancies. No cap on upside earnings compensation.
Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for serving as consultant to firm clients regarding sales and marketing processes and will act as project lead for client engagements in Colorado for akaCRM salesforce.com services. Candidates will be supported by a team of other consultants; however, strong candidates that require little support will have the greatest chance of obtaining position.
